First debt to pay off

in the amount of $459.75 is my account with LensCrafters. I opened this account well over a year ago..my glasses broke and there was no way to possibly save them. We had no funds to replace them and this was the only way I knew to be able to purchase new ones. Unfortunately I never made much headway and have only been paying the minimum payments. My goal is to have it paid off within the next 6 months.
